COVID Vaccination Clinic for Children This Thursday

Orcutt Union School District families,

The Orcutt Union School District is pleased to host a vaccination clinic for children of ages 5-11 this coming Thursday, December 9, from 2:15-5:15 p.m. in the Multi-Use Room of Joe Nightingale School (255 Winter Road in Orcutt). The clinic will be put on by Albertsons and will be solely for children.

Parents/guardians of children 5-11 may go to the following link to register for an appointment:

On the day of the clinic, parents/guardians need to accompany their child and bring the following:

• Completed vaccine consent form (English and Spanish versions attached)

• Insurance card (insurance will be billed for the vaccination)
