Log-ins are
the first four letters of the child's first name and the first two
of his/her last name. Passwords are the birth month and birthday (i.e.,
June 8 = 0608). If this does not work, check with your child's teacher.
There are a few log-ins/passwords that are slightly different due to
duplications.
Parents
who would like to receive emails showing their student's quiz or test
results may click the Email Setup link in Renaissance Home Connect and
follow the directions.

Every
class makes a weekly visit to the library. Students hear a story and
then are given an opportunity to choose and checkout books. Kindergarten
and first graders checkout one book and all other students are allowed
two books. Proper care of the books is taught and students will be
charged for any books that are damaged or lost. We have a wonderful
collection of books in our Dunlap Library. The support of the PTA and
Dunlap families has allowed us to purchase many new titles each year.
Diane Christenson Bio * Our librarian
I
graduated from Chico State University in 1976 with a BA in Childhood
Development and an elementary teaching credential. I have lived in the
Dunlap School neighborhood for over 25 years. All three of my children
attended Dunlap and I often volunteered in the classrooms and the
library. I began working for OUSD as a Title I teacher at Nightingale
School and later became the librarian at Dunlap.
Obviously one of
my favorite pastimes is reading!! I make almost weekly visits to the
public library and am excited when I find students and their families
there also. I spend a lot of time outdoors walking and enjoying the
beautiful central coast.
